JUDE manufactures all products to an ISO 9001:2015 controlled document. When specific performance is required, a formal test plan is followed. Below is a sample of some of the testing performed in-house at JUDE. In cases where there is no standard publicly available for reference, a test method will be developed internally or through the customer to verify performance.

We have internal test facilities for yarn testing, webbing break strain testing, fire Resistanting, infrared reflectance testing (IRR).

To make sure that we exceed even our own stringent safety values, we also utilise outside testing facilities for independent verification of our in-house quality and testing results. e.g. SGS, BV, TUV and Intertek.

Flame-retardant Testing

Vertical Flame Resistant burn testing in accordance with aviation FAR 25.853 or NFPA 1971 industry requirements.

To meet the needs and expectations of our customers ever evolving applications we have developed a full line of flame Resistant(FR) treated nylon webbing that meets the horizontal and vertical.

Infrared Reflectance Testing

The introduction of high-precision IRR testing equipment enables rapid testing of fabric samples or large shipments.

We are also able to quickly develop Near-Infrared reflectance webbing for any requirement from 0-1200nm with this equipment.Can available in government approved Infrared Reflectance (IR) colors.
